Education Consortium
EEC Ohio is a network of thirteen higher education institutions in Northeast Ohio, united in a mission to empower student entrepreneurs, drive innovation, and foster a dynamic entrepreneurial community. The focus is on social media management, curating content that adheres to brand guidelines, and captivating design.
Responsibilities include overseeing content interactions, link clicks, and visitor engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Canva is used for creating social posts, with a Google Sheet managing the content calendar for scheduling posts, captions, hashtags, and links, while Meta Business Suite and other platforms handle the scheduling.
Leading the redesign of EEC Ohio’s website on Weebly, efforts center around condensing content for improved accessibility and increasing website traffic. Collaborating with a team, innovative approaches provide aspiring student entrepreneurs with valuable resources and insights. A monthly newsletter is a cornerstone of the digital strategy, featuring curated snippets and images via HubSpot. This strategy has increased open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement, reflecting the success of the content delivery approach.
Oversight extends to blog posts and social media updates, ensuring alignment with the mission to empower student entrepreneurs and promote entrepreneurial education. Close collaboration with team members and leadership highlights inspiring stories from EEC Ohio’s Dream It, Do It series, showcasing the journeys and achievements of student entrepreneurs.
EEC Ohio continues to achieve significant milestones in promoting entrepreneurship education and fostering a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem in Northeast Ohio through strategic planning, teamwork, and focusing on delivering value to the audience.
