STEAM Day Camps
Baldwin Wallace University’s Community Arts School is introducing a new initiative this summer, STEAM Day Camps. Aimed at 6-8 and 9-11-year-olds, this program offers a unique blend of fun, education, and enrichment in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM). The camp provides early learners exciting opportunities to explore and engage with these diverse fields.
A distinctive logo featuring the word “STEAM” is the unifying symbol for the program. Each letter is thoughtfully designed to represent a specific aspect of STEAM. The “S” showcases a DNA molecular structure, the “T” embodies a circuit board, the “E” introduces gear dynamics, the “A” is accented with splatters of paint and brushes, and the “M” emphasizes a ruler.
This logo serves as the camp’s identity and will be featured on the Community Arts School website for easy registration, camp t-shirts, and various promotional materials. The logotype of Elizeth Extrabold font combines vibrant colors of blue, green, orange, purple, and red to create an engaging experience for all STEAM Day Camp participants.
